Privacy information.

SPXTR Development keeps contact and website communication simple, limited, and used only for the purpose it was provided.

What we collect

If you contact SPXTR Development by email or through the contact form, the information you choose to share is used only to respond to your message.

If you sign up to follow the studio, we store the email address you give us. If you leave a comment on a devlog entry, we store the name you typed and your comment; comments are checked before they appear. If you send a project request, we store what you tell us (your name, email and details of the project) so we can reply, and we email you updates as your request moves along. Your tracking page is private to you and isn't indexed by search engines.

How it is used

Contact details are used to reply to your message and keep track of website communication. A sign-up email address is used only to send devlog and release news, and every email carries a way to unsubscribe. Project request details are used only to assess and deliver that project, and we'll delete them on request. You can also ask us to remove it at any time.

Third-party services

The website does not use analytics tracking or advertising scripts. Content, comments and sign-ups are stored with Supabase, and the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts those services when a page loads.
